Process to turn on:

1. Take charger and plug in the socket.
2. Turn on the socket switch.
3. Take your android smartphone.
4. Now plug the charger pin to the smartphone.
5. And press the volumn up key untill it display the logo the smartphone company.
6. Now there is a reboot system option.
7. Select this option with volume down key.
8. For ok press volumn up key.
9. Now your your phone is turning on without power button.

Process to turn off or reboot:

1. Go to playstore.
2. Search for "Real Reboot".
3. Install it 
4. Open it
5. It gives limited options for non-root device.
6. Select   Reboot
7. Done!

Process to turn on Screen or off Screen:

For this also an app is available.
1. goto to playstore.
2. Search for "Volume Power"
3. Install and open it.
4. Check both the checkbox like Boot and Screen off.
5. Enable it 
6. Restart using Real Reboot.
7. Done!
8. If you want to turn on screen without power button then click on volume up key.
