Process to Remove Navbar From Blogger:

1. Login or Sign In to your Blogger Account.
2. Click on Templates.
3. Again Click on Edit HTML.
4. Check on [ ] Expand Widget Templates .
5.  Find "]]></b:skin>" this without quotes(" ").
6. Just above these lines, copy and paste the below codes.. like below figure.
   
   #navbar {
   height: 0px;
   visibility: hidden;
   display: none;
   }
   
7. Click on Save template.
8. After that Click on Close.
9. After that Click on View Blog.

After that your process is finished to remove the navbar from the bloggers.
