1. Goto Run or Press "Winlogo+R".
2. Type REGEDIT and press Enter key.
3. Browse Following path.
   
   

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies

4.  Double click the key WriteProtect in the right pane 
5. And set the value to 0
   
   
   
6.  Press Ok and Exit From Registry
7. Restart System and Reconnect the USB Flash Drive.
