Remove Splash Screen From Microsoft Office 2010 like Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

I know, You People Sometimes bored of MS word or Excel or PowerPoint splash screen. Splash screen is nothing, but a screen which appears first of opening of Microsoft Word 2010. Actually Splash Screen is tells the user that program is started. It is not hacking trick, it is simple a command which is used in shortcuts of winword, excel and powerpnt with exe extension.

You may remove splash screen by following procedure:

1. You need to create a shortcut of program.
2. Right click on free space of desktop.
3. Click on New and then click on Shortcuts.
4. Bowse the following files...(Any one of the following)
   
   

   "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\WINWORD.EXE" 
   "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\EXCEL.EXE" 
   "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\POWERPOINT.EXE" 

5. Click  on Ok.
6. Now type extra switch command after the " ...." statment like that...
   
   

   "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\WINWORD.EXE" /q
   "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\EXCEL.EXE" /e
   "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\POWERPOINT.EXE" /s

7. Click on Next and type the name of the shortcuts.
8. Then click on Finish.

Now Enjoy!
