Here, I am going to explain the working of simple IR Sensor circuit. We know that the white surface reflects all the radiations which falls on it whereas black color absorbs them. When the supply is given to IR Sensor, the LED starts emitting light radiations. If the surface is of white color then it reflects all the radiations. IR Receiver Circuit Using 555 with TSOP 1738

Hi, friends Today I am going to describe you about the TSOP 1738 and its schamatic circuit using 555 timer IC. Previous I posted the working of IR Transmiter Circuit. 

You can use that circuit using this circuit. When the 38 kHz signal emitted by IR LED, the signal sense by the TSOP 1738 IR Receiver and the high output is acheived at the pin no 3 of the 555 IC which is used by the uC to start target devices.

Hi, friends, Today I am going to describe the working of Simple IR Tx circuit using 555 IC. You also know about this is called as timer IC. It is used here in astable mode. 

In this circuit IR LED is used to generate a frequency of 38kHz which is received by IR Rx Circuit to generate a high pulse.

 And you use this high output of the IR Rx circuit to operate devices connected to microcontroller.
