Recently I posted how to apply online SC/ST scholarship form. You visit below url to and follow the same procedure to fill up the OBC scholarship form.
Process:
1. URL:- Click here
2. Click on Fill Form online.
3. Before it u create a username and password.
4. For password it must contains:
a) ! sign
b) One Capital letter
c) One Small Letter
5. then Login with ur username and passowrd with ur document
