In Bihar, C.M Nitish Kumar helps the people who want to get their income, cast and residential certificate under RTPS, they can fill out the form and submit online using RTPS website from 1 december 2011. Now -a -days one can fill the form online from his/her office. It will start from 1 december 2011 at 10:00am.
